Hi, I'm Dr. Jessica Goyke
I am a heart-centered woman, vitalistic chiropractor, mother, a lover of life and connection! I am continually inspired by empowering people along their life & healing journey, and the capacity we all hold for transformation!
I am the owner & vitalistic doctor at Heart of Life: a loving and warm space for healing and up-leveling humans. The foundation of my work is helping you to get to the root of what’s holding you back physically, mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually. I have spent the last decade of studies and experience helping people achieve greater levels of health and wellbeing. I have learned and embodying a lifestyle that works WITH the body, and believe that this information is life changing. I have compiled the foundations of transformation and created a way to easily access them in a course.
This work changed my life, allowing me freedom for the first time in my life from experiencing anxiety and debilitating menstrual cycles, and the confidence to follow my heart’s dreams.
I’m honored to walk alongside you as your guide in learning a better way to go through life – with less to carry so that you have the energy and presence for what matters most.
Outside of my service to others you'll find me spending quality time with family, soaking up time in nature, reading, exploring, cooking, biking, and finding awe in life's beauty!

How much time do I need to complete this program?
Each week contains an hour long video lesson and a homework assignment that varies in length.
What if I'm having a hard time making an extra hour in my week?
I understand that you live a full life, I have made this material packed and easy to consume. Think of it like a podcast, listen on your commute, or while you do a chore if you must. Some have even listened to the week's material over a couple days time.
When is the material available?
You will have access to the first week's material as soon as you join the course. The following weeks 2-6 will be released individually one week at a time.
How long will I have access to the material?
You will have access to the material for a year after purchasing. Plenty of time to move at your own pace, but I encourage you to do your best to keep up to get the most from it!
Can I rewatch the material?
Yes, many have shared that they receive more each time they tuned back into a lesson!
How much time do I need for the weekly focus and homework?
Each video lesson has a unique focus for the week that build on each other. Expect to spend at least 15 minutes on your homework and focus for the week. Dedicated students may spend up to an additional hour each week.
Start with what you can do - where you are! Know that the more that you practice what you learn and bring it into your every day life will drastically improve your results!
What if I am stuck or need extra support?
There are two ways to receive additional support.
One is our monthly Group Community Call
An hour long call that you will get access to for free during the first two months of your program.
Think of this as your accountability, troubleshooting, and connection all in one. You are not alone and this unique support has been key for many.
The second option for support is to schedule a 1-1 support session with me.
Through this we can identify what's holding you back, help you clear through it and get you on track to your best self.
